Fish Seasoning Sauce

1. Heat a wok until the surface is smoking hot. Swirl in the oil to coat the work surface. Wait a few seconds for the oil to heat, then put in the fish until most of fish has started to change color in yellow brown.

2. Remove from wok and let the oil dry out from the fish.

3. Put the fish on the platter and add SEASONING SAUCE on the top of the fish.
